I became a personal trainer once I realized how much more I could get out of my life when I took care of my health, made myself a priority and took responsibility for my body. At one time I was depressed, out of shape and gaining weight (and honestly felt helpless and frustrated). I tried dieting and working out, but could never get myself to see the results I was looking for and after a short while gave up on my goals. Then I met my Personal Trainer Chris, and he turned my whole life around. I thought, “Well, if he can do this for me, I would love to pay-it-forward and do the same for others who are willing to make the commitment to themselves”. People like yourself who are looking to turn their health and fitness around and get more out of life by having more energy and fitness to do what they’re passionate about.
